How to Apply
Students shall apply in the prescribed application from and submit the same to the Principal of the college along with the self attested copy of the qualifying examination, SSLC book and other certificates on or before the date mentioned in the notification of the University. Application form and prospectus can be had from the college office on payment of Rs.100/- in person, or by post on sending a DD for Rs 130/- drawn in favor of the Principal, Adityakiran College of Applied Studies, Kuttur. Cost of application form and prospectus once paid will not be refunded.
Selection of Candidate
Application received later than the time specified in the University notification will not be considered on any account. Application which are not duly filled in are liable to be rejected. The Principal reserves the right to reject any application without showing any reason.
Selection shall be made purely on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. For selection, the ranking marks will be finally arrived at on the basis of the guide lines issued by the University. Marks declared by the candidate in the application form will only be considered for preparing rank list and for selection. The selection will be provisional subject to verification of original documents and eligibility by the Principal. If on verification, any information given in the application is found to be false, the claim for admission will be forfeited
The rank list of provisionally selected candidates in the open merit will be published on the college notice board. Besides, individual memo will be sent for appearing for an interview. 50% of the total seats in each course will be selected on the basis of open merit and remaining 50% seats will be selected under management quota. The candidate appearing for the interview should come with his/her parents. The provisionally selected candidate should produce the following original documents at the time of the interview for admission. The SSLC/+2 certificates of the candidate shall be kept in the custody of the College office during the tenure of the course. Therefore, Candidate may keep sufficient number of attested copies of the following documents before submitting the original to the college.
